Our charging and cable products use universal USB-C Power Delivery and work with virtually any USB-C phone, tablet, or laptop, charging each device at its supported speed. Magnetic mounts, stands, and wallets are designed for MagSafe-compatible phones and magnetic cases. Each product page lists its exact ports, output, and compatibility. Avenor is independent and not affiliated with any device manufacturer; brand names are used only to indicate compatibility.
To reach a product's rated wattage, both the charger and cable need to support that wattage. Our chargers and cables are E-marked where required so they can carry their full rated power. If you pair an Avenor cable with a lower-wattage charger, charging still works — it simply runs at the charger's limit.
Yes. Our MagSafe-ready wallets include shielding to protect contactless and magnetic-stripe cards, and our magnet arrays are tuned to hold securely without affecting your phone. As with any magnetic accessory, we don't recommend storing hotel keycards directly against the magnet for long periods.
Our wall chargers and travel adapter accept 100–240V input, so they work on the electrical systems used in most countries. A travel adapter changes the plug shape but is not a voltage converter — always check that any device you connect supports the local voltage.

Most Avenor products work right out of the box — connect the included cable or adapter and you're ready. Each product ships with a quick-start card, and anything that needs setup (such as a charging stand or tracker) includes step-by-step instructions. If anything is unclear, email our support team and we'll walk you through it.
You can use a battery product straight away; there's no special first-charge ritual. For the longest battery life, avoid leaving a power bank fully drained for long periods, and store it around 50% charge if you won't use it for several weeks. Charge with the included or a compatible USB-C adapter.
Wipe anodized aluminum with a soft, dry or lightly damp cloth — no abrasive cleaners. Full-grain leather develops a natural patina with use; wipe it clean and apply a leather conditioner occasionally if you like. Avoid soaking leather or exposing it to prolonged direct heat.
Coil cables loosely rather than bending them sharply at the connector — this is the main thing that extends cable life. Keep accessories in the included pouch or your tech organizer to avoid scratches and tangles in a bag.
First, try a different cable, adapter, and outlet to isolate the issue, and make sure any device firmware is up to date. If a product still doesn't behave as described, email support with your order number and a short description — if it's a defect, it's covered by the limited warranty and we'll make it right.
