Every Avenor product is covered by a 24-month limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting on the date the carrier marks your order as delivered. This warranty is offered in addition to your statutory consumer rights and does not affect them.

1. Who provides this warranty
This warranty is provided by Accotta LLC, the company behind the Avenor brand, with a principal address at 1034E Brandon Blvd, Brandon, FL 33511, United States. It applies to the original end-user purchaser and is non-transferable.
2. What is covered
We cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal, everyday personal use, including:
- Internal electronics, charging circuitry, and power-delivery components
- Rechargeable cells and battery-management electronics (where applicable)
- Connectors, ports, cables, and braided cable jackets against failure under normal use
- Housings, hinges, frames, magnets, and structural components
- Anodized aluminum, leather, and other finish materials against premature failure
- Included accessories and adapters supplied in the box
3. What is not covered
- Normal cosmetic wear: surface scratches, scuffs, and the natural patina of leather and metal finishes
- Accidental damage, drops, crushing, or impact damage
- Liquid damage beyond a product’s published water- or splash-resistance rating
- Damage from operation outside published voltage, temperature, or load limits
- Damage from non-approved chargers, adapters, or accessories
- Damage from unauthorized disassembly, modification, or repair
- Consumable items such as user-replaceable coin-cell batteries and adhesive pads
- Products used in a commercial, rental, or industrial setting
- Products purchased second-hand or from an unauthorized reseller
4. How to make a warranty claim
Email support@avenor.com with:
- Your order number or other proof of purchase
- A short description of the issue and which product is affected
- One or two photos, or a short video, if the issue is visible
Our US-based support team will respond within one business day. If the claim is approved, we’ll send a prepaid US shipping label where a return is needed and choose one of the following remedies, at our discretion:
- Free repair of the product
- Replacement of the failed item or component
- Replacement of the product with the same or a comparable model
Repaired or replaced products carry the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days, whichever is longer.
5. Registration is optional
You do not need to register your product. Your order receipt is your proof of purchase. If you no longer have your receipt, we can usually locate your order from your email address or shipping address.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Accotta LLC’s liability under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the product as described above. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including damage to property, loss of use, or loss of data. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.
